On Sunday, March 22nd, from 1–4 PM, we’ll gather in this vibrant space to taste through the full Spring Release lineup, raise a glass to the newest vintage of Dandy, and enjoy a beautiful afternoon in Austin. Enjoy thoughtfully prepared small bites from Bar Toti. A vibrant blend of Spanish, French, and Mexican flavors, rooted in seasonal, garden-grown ingredients.

The Spring Release Lineup

From the cellar, the 2021 Dolcetto is drinking beautifully now, balancing generous red fruit with savory notes and polished tannins. Awarded 93 points by Cristaldi & Co., it shows both elegance and aging potential.
The 2023 Fire Oak Red Blend (Mourvèdre-driven) showcases savory Texas character with pure red-berry fruit and mineral lift. Rated 95 points by Cristaldi & Co.
